Join the Club
How do I join?
You can click here to subscribe or click on "join the club" in the menu bar.
How does the necklace subscription work?
Once subscribed, we will send you one necklace each month. You can choose between our felt ball necklace or charm necklace. Necklaces ship on the 10th of the month.
How do I choose my monthly necklace?
On our Instagram (@thewhimsicalwoolies) we will offer sneak peeks of our monthly necklaces. IF you want to change to another option - we have tried to make the process super easy. Find the instructions to SWAP here.
How much will everything cost?
Subscriptions are $12.99 a month! There are no hidden fees, and shipping is FREE! If you have more than one child, you can add an additional subscription, which will increase your monthly price.
What are the perks to being a subscriber?
Once you join the club, you will receive free shipping on everything in TWW shop! You will be able to shop our past months subscription necklaces in our exclusive shop - you will just need to be signed in to your account to access it. You will also get the opportunity to shop our new release items first!
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. Log in to your account, click “manage subscription”, and select “cancel subscription”. You must cancel by the 5th of the month to not be charged for the following shipment. If you cancel after the 5th you will receive one more necklace.
Will the number of subscription spots be limited?
Yes! We have a select number of spots available for each style of necklace. This subscription is new for us, and we want to ensure that we are still able to offer our best support to all of our customers. We will add more spots as we see fit.
Do you give sneak peeks?
Yes. Each month we will post a preview of the coming months necklaces on our instagram. You can find previews in the highlights section under “sneak peek”.
My Account
Can I change my email address?
Yes. Once you are logged into your account, edit your email under "manage subscription”.
Help! I forgot my email.
Not a problem! Email us at thewhimsicalwoolies@gmail.com with your name & address and we can help you.
Help! I forgot my password.
Click "forgot your password", enter your email address, and we will email you instructions on how to reset your password. If you need additional help, please email us at thewhimsicalwoolies@gmail.com
How do I change my address?
Log in to your account and click "view addresses", then click "add a new address". Your address will need to be updated by the 15th of the month to guarantee your next shipment is delivered to the correct address.
Can I return my order?
We don't accept returns. However, if there is a problem with your necklace, please send us an email at thewhimiscalwoolies@gmail.com and we will help you.
The Necklaces
Are these necklaces only available through subscription?
Yes, our monthly necklaces will not be sold in our shop; they are exclusive to our club members!
Should I choose the felt ball necklace or charm necklace for my child?
We usually recommend starting with our felt ball necklaces. If your little one is on the older side, our charm necklaces are much more appropriate. If you still aren’t sure, send us an email at thewhimsicalwoolies@gmail.com and we can help you decide!
What will my necklace look like?
Every month your necklace will look different. We make sure our necklaces are in season & trendy!
Is there a cut off for signing up for necklaces?
Yes. To receive the coming months necklace, you need to subscribe before the 20th of the month. If you sign up on or after the 20th, you will receive the following month's necklace.
Shipping
When will my necklace ship?
If you joined before the 20th of the month, your necklace will ship as early as the 10th, or up to 2 days after you place your order. If you joined after the 20th of the month, your necklace will ship on the 10th of the next month.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also find tracking information under your account if you click "manage subscription"
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the USA and Canada.
How much is shipping each month?
Shipping is always FREE for our club members.
Billing
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept all credit cards and PayPal.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged as soon as you sign up. All payments will be taken on the 5th of every month after that. If you sign up after the 28th of the month, you will not be charged until the 5th of the following month.
How do I update my billing information?
Log into your account, click "manage subscription" and go to "billing information" and edit your billing information there.
